Golf, swag bags, food & drinks on the course, dinner and awards included. Contest entries, Mulligans, Lucky raffle are available for purchase on the day of the event. Cash only.

Gold Sponsor: $5,000
Two (2) three-person teams, Six (6) Gold golf packages, One (1) tee sign, Gold Recognition on Tournament media.
Silver Sponsor: $2,500
One (1) three-person team, Three (3) Silver golf packages, One (1) tee sign, Silver Recognition on Tournament media.
Bronze Sponsor: $1,500
One (1) three-person team, Three (3) Bronze golf packages, One (1) tee sign, Bronze Recognition on Tournament media.
Tee Sponsor: $500
One (1) tee sign with sponsor’s logo will be placed on a tee box.

Red Apple Foundation is also accepting prizes or donations of merchandise, gift certificates, or cash. Prizes in groups of 3 would be preferred to accommodate the 3-person team format.
Donations of $500, $1,250, $2,500, $5,000, or $10,000 value will also qualify for Tee, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Title Sponsorship, respectively.
If allowed, donors will have their name(s) listed on the banner.
